FREE SHIPPING
We offer standard free shipping by USPS- (United States Postal Service) and UPS or FedEx to domestic (within the US) of $49 or more.
If you prefer expedited shipping, we will charge a shipping cost depending on the carrier system you will choose.
After receiving your order, prior to shipment your merchandise undergoes strict quality checks. The processing time varies depending on the specific product, with the average processing time approximately 1 business day; However, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status.

DELIVERY TIME
Domestic: USPS and UPS standard shipping delivery time is generally 1-6 business days. These carriers deliver Monday through Friday.

Please refer to your tracking information to monitor potential delivery.
Carriers will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility.
If you do not see your package, contact the carrier with your tracking information.
If you continue to experience a delivery issue after you have already contacted the carrier about your package, please contact our customer service on eightninetynine.com
You are responsible for any lost or stolen package after it has been delivered by USPS and UPS.

ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours on eightninetynine.com. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

30-DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY   
If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery provided that the product is not worn, washed,, and its package and label are not damaged, torn, or detached.

We allow customers to decide whether to keep or return the item within this 30-day timeframe. However, even a few days of use could potentially damage the item, so please treat newly purchased items delicately during this initial period in case they need to be returned.

Please note: If the returned item cannot be restocked due to its used appearance, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not reimbursable for standard returns.
If your order was eligible for a free shipping promotion and was not billed for shipping costs, the shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE ITEM(S) TO “EXTOL”.

Upon receiving your return, “Extol” shall process your return within 48 hours after receiving your packageOnce your merchandise is inspected and approved, a refund will be applied back to your original card/form of payment within 3 business days after inspection.Refunds will not be issued for worn, washed, altered items or for items that are final sale.“Extol” can only process your refund to the original credit card used for purchase. If this is not possible due to a canceled card, a check will be issued and mailed to your address provided.“Extol” is not responsible for any delays resulting from your bank or credit card processor as we have no control over their policies and procedures. Please contact your financial institution for their policies and procedures.Store credit cannot be converted to a refundIf your order or partial order is returned for a refund, the full cost of shipping your order or parts thereof shall be deducted from any refund if shipping costs exceeded the shipping fees charged.

NOTE:  Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
